The kingdom is collaborating with external engineering firms on related marine and storage developments. Engineers India: Engineers India is a state-run Navratna engineering consultancy and project management firm that provides design, engineering, procurement, and construction services primarily for the oil, gas, petrochemical, and infrastructure sectors. It maintains an international presence with established operations in the Middle East. The company is currently engaged in discussions with Gulf clients on new energy infrastructure projects to support alternative export routes. United Arab Emirates: The United Arab Emirates is a key Gulf energy producer actively expanding its oil infrastructure, including storage facilities and export terminals outside the Strait of Hormuz. It already operates pipelines to the Fujairah terminal and is advancing additional projects amid regional security concerns. The country is in talks with Indian engineering partners for these initiatives.
