Compute Finance launches Ascend, Infinite AI scheduled for Sept 29

Ascend: Ascend is 0G's liquid staking product that serves as the entry point for Compute Finance, allowing users to stake 0G tokens and receive a0G, a liquid representation usable in DeFi while the underlying stake supports compute credit generation. It went live on September 21, 2026, as the first implementation of the ComFi framework. The product facilitates the path from staking to earning spendable AI compute credits. Infinite AI: Infinite AI, or iAI, is a compute-based digital asset from 0G designed to link staked positions with access to AI compute resources. Scheduled for launch on September 29, 2026, it allows eligible holders to stake iAI and earn credits redeemable for supported AI services. It represents the second implementation of the Compute Finance approach following Ascend. Compute Finance: Compute Finance, also known as ComFi, is a financial layer developed by 0G that enables digital assets to generate usable AI compute credits rather than traditional token yields or interest. It connects asset positions directly to rights for AI inference and related services within the 0G ecosystem. The initiative was launched on September 21, 2026, with Ascend and Infinite AI as its initial products. Product Launch: 0G launched Compute Finance on September 21, 2026, alongside the live rollout of its Ascend liquid staking product. Upcoming Feature: Infinite AI is scheduled to launch on September 29, 2026, extending the Compute Finance system with a new asset for compute credit generation.
