USDC: USDC is a regulated, USD-backed stablecoin issued by Circle and commonly used for payments and settlements across blockchain networks. Within the ARKVX subscription process, it functions as the entry asset that investors send to initiate onchain deposit requests before daily share pricing is finalized. ARKVX: ARKVX is the tokenized share class of the ARK Venture Fund, an actively managed closed-end interval fund from ARK Invest that targets long-term growth through exposure to private and public companies aligned with disruptive innovation. The tokenization, executed in partnership with Securitize on Ethereum, represents interests in the same SEC-registered fund without placing underlying holdings directly onchain. This setup supports onchain subscriptions and redemptions via an open standard, allowing investors to commit funds and receive tokens after NAV determination.
